Studio 37 is a modern fitness studio in Dallas, Texas, offering high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and group mat Pilates in a clean, elevated environment. Designed with a bold yet natural aesthetic -feating black tones, warm woods, and neutral accents- Studio 37 combines powerful workouts with a calming, design-forward atmosphere. The space includes a large studio for group classes, a private room for reformer Pilates, and a welcoming entry area creating an experience that's both energizing and grounded.

HIIT X 37

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a fast-paced workout that combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or low-intensity movement. 

MAT PILATES 

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture — all from the comfort of a mat.

REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is a premium, resistance-based workout that uses a specialized reformer to provide support for slow and controlled movement.
